Answering phone/lock screen

Is there anyway for the screen not to unlock when my phone rings. I keep it in my shirt pocket and about half the time I pull it out I accidentally dismiss the call or answer it before I can see who is calling.

I looked for a setting to keep it locked until I can push the power key and turn the screen on manually but didn't find any.

I don't know of any phone that stays locked while it is ringing. My iPhone would unlock the screen as does my wife's Windows Phone.
