My phone locked me out & wont accept my screen password, i want to recover data from its internal memory from notes app, how do i do it?

Unless you can get the right password, not much you can do if the phone is locked. You might be able to reset the device password from the Google Play Device Manager (signing into your Google account that's signed into the device, and provided the phone has a working data connection). Or if you have a Samsung device, form their FindMyMobile site you can unlock it by using the right Samsung account credentials.
