Any app or process for auto fixing the battery bug for Optimus V

Ok so we all know Optimus V has a bug that is more referenced as the "Time without signal bug".

But has anyone found or made an app or something to automatically run on startup or when the phone is plugged/unlpugged to auto fix this.

My family is having enough issues adjusting to smartphones/android/and new subject altogether.

So they are not good at doing extra things and I am usually the Tech Wiz in the family. So instead of explaining as I have tried many times. Or taking care of it every time the phone dies or turns off and on. I wondered if anyone has found such app.

Otherwise can someone with the knowledge of app creation create such app?

I've had my OV for about a year now, and besides #*#*etc etc, each boot or rooting it, I've not seen a work around.

Using the search feature here should give you the results you want. But IIRC the only want to "automate" it is via a rooted phone.

I rooted my phone. The other 2 are not. I used gingerbreak and used flash image gui with opt v 670 image as shown in root thread at top. Still working on which rom to get and best way to move apps to sd. Widgets are minimally used and I try to stay charged at all times

look for the app reset connections in the market, run that each reboot one tap and the TWO bug goes away. this is for stock, most custom roms correct the issue.
