Any apps to control wireless network?

Att switched on lte in my area and I get better signal with it than regular 4g. Problem is my phone keeps switching to hspa, if i put my phone into airplane mode and back it jumps to lte.

Are there any apps that can force lock onto lte? I looked for phone control but to no avail

the lte signal may be weak and its locking onto the best signal. does this happen when you are in another part of your town or city or just at home? as they light up the towers in your area that should stop

It happens everywhere. Iv noticed it's happening in an established city as well

You can go into settings > mobile networks and force it to connect to LTE

when is the phone switching to HSPA? For phone calls it will and then take about 30 seconds to go back to LTE. LTE is for data only and voice is HSPA so depending on what you are doing the display will reflect this. Does it stay on HSPA?

Happens just using data. If I don't switch off data and back on it stays on hspa

Are you leaving your wifi enabled even though not connected?

I never use wifi so it's not enabled
