Any former LG G5 users can confirm this?

I'm still not decided which phone to go for but wanted to know if anyone else from HTC 10 could confirm or dispute that battery life is much worse on G5 or only slightly.. Although I do recognise that HTC 10 has larger battery...

I just got my HTC 10 the other day. I think this is the first Android phone I'll have to root.

Great phone, so many little annoyances.

Standby battery life is amazing however.

I'm just very anal about UI consistency. The status bar icons for instance aren't consistent at all, the WiFi calling icons and the phone call icons are all over the place.

There's always a boomsound notification whenever you're playing music via headphones (like wtf?).

I would also like to remove the default keyboard and all the language packs that come along with it.

So yeah not make or break issues. Just some annoying things.

I have a 10, and my wife has a G5. Honestly, I think the G5 battery on her phone lasts longer than mine. I'm a much heavier user, but her phone has gone a day and a half with her moderate use, while I usually charge my phone once a day with my heavy use. Not very scientific, but it's my opinion.

Build is definitely better on the 10, but I would say the camera is a bit better on the G5. Ultimately, I don't think you can go wrong with either phone. I really enjoy the 10, and my wife would not trade her G5.
