Any luck at your local AT&T store -today- (non pre-orders)??

Has anyone had any luck getting the corporate stores match the target price of 149.99? I pre ordered mine through radioshack and they are willing to match the price. I just am tired of waiting

Where are you seeing one for $149.99? Best Buy should match that price too, correct?

Just called BB Clearwater. Was advised July 9th. Called BB in St Pete and was told sometime next week, that the phone availability was listed as "TBD." Somewhere in there me thinks is the correct date.

I just tried 3 more stores in my area. Two of them are still hoping to get shipments today - told me to call back after lunch as they get shipments around 11-12am.

The 3rd store said they have been backordered and they are trying to find out when the new date is...but not expecting today anymore.

I went to 2 AT&T stores this morning and was the first one in and one had no clue about when the phone would be in and said I would order online and I would have it in 10 days and the other store told me to go to a corp store to order online and I could have it in a day. The first store was the corp store, LOL!!

I went to BB as well at 10am and they said they were expecting a shipment today and to call back after lunch. While I was talking to them 3 other people called right at 10am asking if they had the S3 in stock.

Now.....I am trying to order my S3 online with ATT and I only see 2 day shipping. I thought I read others were able to select overnight shipping? Am I confused or missing another option somewhere? I only see 2 day shipping as my choice.

I think the issue is lack of communication. The supply is known to Samsung and probably the carriers. The fact they don't inform anyone (including their employees) on how the supply will be distributed is what's causing all the confusion and frustration.

My ATT store said they were originally told today but were that now they have no idea. Got the receive within 10 for a pre order. Best Buy said middle of July. Costco said July 12th. Costco had a Tmobile model but no demo. Tmobile had 2 in stock for $329 and they did have a demo. Nice phone.

I was. Strange thing is my order changed from pending to attention. I called and they said it was being reviewed prior to shipping but they had no other info. I then asked to switch it to next day shipping and got it.

Called 6 att stores around me today and I got answers from "..Middle of July" to "We have no idea anymore"

I just made the purchase online and got it over with.

Overnight shipping was available for me for $14.95

Everyone knows what happens when you assume soemthing. BB phones are delivered via FedEx, not on their trucks. Perhaps some older model phones come from their warehouse but not the new ones.

My friends status went from processing, to back ordered, to cancel led in 2 days. Woke up this morning and FedEx had dropped the phone at her door. Go figure.....
