Because i just spent $80 wiping viruses i downloaded off of my laptop when I rooted. I wont do a thing unless its done from ROM Mgr or a like app. So, with that in mind, im seeking pertinent suggestions, not alternative suggestions.

ROM Manager is an
interface. It interacts with your recovery and simply sends different commands to it to get stuff done. The problem is you are flashing roms that are still somewhat experimental and buggy. These are not CM9 nightlies. These are not roms based on software that has been out for months. These are literally brand new. I warned against this very dilemma in my Jelly Bean guide--users, folks with little to no experience flashing--stepping into the jungle.
Here's why you
need to learn how to use recovery: if your phone screws up, ROM Manager will not be there to save you. If you can't boot up your device normally, how do you get to ROM Manager? You don't. You sit there, you may try to file a warranty claim (which will be denied because you voided your warranty), and then you're lost.
BUT...if you used CWM or TWRP or whatever recovery you want, you can get in and you can start figuring out what went wrong. You can wipe stuff--you can wipe system to remove the rom, you can wipe data if you think your apps are buggy, you can wipe the cache/dalvik if you think there's a cache build up. You can do this because you're manually booting in and doing it. You can't with ROM Manager.
Further, ROM Manager is inefficient. It adds steps to a process that is very simple. Within those steps is the possibility of it freezing up, throwing you into a bootloop and having all sorts of hellish consequences. How do I know this? It happened on my Incredible. I was downloading the latest CM7 nightly, went to install it from ROM Manager, and it froze. It bootlooped. I panicked and missed class and spent the entire day trying to figure out what went wrong.
...and all I had to do was manually boot into recovery.
So while I understand that you want to use an app you paid for, and while I sort of understand some of your paranoia regarding the viruses (although to be quite frank, those are probably entirely unrelated to both the rooting process and you flashing stuff), we advise you to learn recovery because sooner than later your phone will soft brick, it will boot loop, and unless you learn it now, you will be in trouble. I can't remote access your phone, but I can give you the tools and the skills that you need to be able to do it yourself.
This advice is not meant to be derisive or condescending, it's meant to be a warning to those out there caught up in the Jelly Bean hubbub--you must
absolutely know how to use recovery, how to diagnose issues, and how to get out of a bad situation calmly and efficiently. I noticed you (I believe it was) overclocked your phone rather aggressively; that frequently, if you're not careful, will put you into a bootloop. What happens then if you can't boot up your phone? That's just an example of a possible dilemma down the line.
I learned the hard way. The reason why I have written so many guides is because I was once exactly like you and plenty of other folks here....And then the proverbial fecal matter hit the fan and I was left confounded, bewildered, and to be honest, absolutely livid and dismayed. Learning recovery is not some luxury for nerds, geeks, crack flashers, etc. It is a
necessity if you want to flash roms to your phone. There are no shortcuts here; shortcuts brick phones, shortcuts wipe SDcards, and shortcuts, quite frankly, do nothing other than delay or mask issues. Please don't take shortcuts. It doesn't have to be at this moment, but really, it should be sooner than later.
