I have not seen this issue. All of the websites I've been to load completely when no problems.

Samer here. No issues with browsers. E/a browser has their own quirks. Been using Chrome and Dolphin HD and both work good to excellent. The only issue I have noticed with Chrome is the quirk with the Swiftkey 3, but otherwise is been smooth sailing with both of those browsers.
