Any way to keep lock screen clock on all the times?

I'm thinking there isn't any way to keep the lock screen clock on at all times so I can just look over at the phone and see the clock at all times. I couldn't find any way, but figure it couldn't hurt to ask. I realize there would be a battery life cost but I think it would not be very large, could be wrong. Thanks.

Would probably cause some screen burn in. Just not intended to stay on. Don't have a clock or watch?

Never used it, but I wonder if the Daydreams feature would work for you.
