Anybody come from an HTC phone?

I really love the Note, and I'll be coming from an HTC phone, so I was wondering if anyone came from an HTC phone and was it a big adjustment? I know each manufacturer has their little nuances they incorporate into their phones, so what was the biggest adjustment you had to make going to a Samsung from HTC?

Anything you miss from HTC? Anything you like better the way Samsung lays it out? I appreciate your feedback.

Also, I thought I read were the Note has Swype. Is this true? Thanks again.

I came from the HTC Aria. It was an ok phone, much smaller of course.

The 4g is much faster than the Aria's 3g.

It has swype and as far as coming from an HTC I can tell you my battery life is better than my EVO 3D and the user interface is less in your face that Sense. I don't much care for any skins but touchwiz is the best IMO

I came from the tbolt.
The main adjustment I had was the reversal of the home and menu key...
Also, the on/off key is where the volume was on the tbolt.
I'm adjusted now though
I don't really use anything from the manufacturers except their hardware lol
Everything is 3rd party. I flash a good rom and use launchers, email, browser, keyboard, etc all from other places.

Have you tried Settings -> Wireless and network -> USB Utilities ?

I had to use the USB Utilities and click 'Connect storage to PC' for my phone to be recognized in Odin.

After clicking 'Connect storage to PC' it sintalled the right drivers and then I put the phone in Download mode and it recognized it in Odin.
