Anybody Else Having This Issue?

I got my phone on Wednesday.

Today, I started having issues unlocking it. It won't respond, I click the on button, the home screen button, the bixby button, volume buttons, finger print scanner and it just stays stuck there. Sometimes it'll restart itself after pressing so many buttons so many times.

I really don't want to factory reset it after two days of owning it.

The only new things I've installed today was Samsungs' video organizing app and I mounted my 200 gig memory card.

No issues like that here. I hope it is a temporary glitch for you as having problems with a new phone is miserable and frustrating.
