Anybody got shipping notice from Google

Anybody placed order for google nexus on or before July 07, 2012 got shipping notice from google? I only got the receipt and nothing else. Called their CS twice, nobody can give me a clue when should I expect to receive the device.
So frustrated. Once you placed the order, just like dropped in a blackhole.

Anyway, if anybody on the same boat get the shipping notice, pls post it here.

I ordered one last night. So now I'm a bit more curious to see how it goes. Did get the initial confirmation right away.
 
I placed my order on July 3 before the status of the phone went from "In Stock, Delivered in 3-5 business days" to "Coming Soon".

I have yet to receive any shipping information. I have called them three times and emailed numerous times. I can't even get them to reply. When I called on July 9, they said they were going to elevate my case to a specialist. That was four days ago and I haven't heard a thing from them, even with three follow-up email messages.

This is beyond frustrating that I am about to cancel my order.

A handful of people on XDA Dev forum said they received theirs today, with no prior shipment notification. Some have still not been charged for it. I have not received mine and Google will not give me any answer saying they cannot access my specific account, which is nonsense.
 
I am glad to hear that I am not alone, but it really seems like buying from Google shouldn't feel like e-commerce circa 1999.

Same here. But maybe if you gonna cancel your order, they said they can not do that since your order has already been shipped out. The only way you can do that is decline to receive it.

Hope you can get it soon!!!
 
I placed my order on the 10th, and even though my Google Wallet didn't show any updates when I checked it this morning, UPS was knocking on the door by 11am with my Galaxy Nexus in hand! Booted it up, did the setup, was prompted to update the OS and now I've got my Jelly Bean Galaxy Nexus! It's a big step up from my Nexus One!

just a question, why would you want to cancel your order? where else would you buy this phone from? they'll ship it to you most likely next week its a two day shipping I had one already and returned it, than changed my mind and ordered again, now I too have to wait for it to be shipped. It'll get here eventually... no biggie... 3-5 days dont really make that much difference...
 
I ordered it on 7th July afternoon and I did not get any email notification about shipment from google. Today when I was checking my google wallet account, I found out that my nexus was already shipped yesterday and it is out for delivery since morning by UPS. Hopefully I should get it by today.

You could also check your wallet account and see if order has any update.

It's not the delay in shipping that bothers me. It is the complete lack of customer service from Google Support while to trying to determine the status of my order

I have called three times and sent numerous emails. All of which result in no answer. On one phone conversation I was advised that my case was elevated to a specialist. That was four days ago and I haven't heard anything.

When I order a product and I am quoted an expected delivery time frame, I expect that to be fulfilled. If it cannot be fulfilled, I do not think the courtesy of an explanation is too much to ask.
 
They must have just sent out a bunch of confirmation emails. My nexus just left Louisville and is scheduled for Monday delivery! So close I can almost taste it
 
Same here. These orders must have all shipped at once from Kentucky. Thought they were coming from California?
 
I just go my notification too. AND it was shipped yesterday and got to my hub just in time to be sorted for early delivery (probably worked out since I'm in the Pacific Time Zone and it was shipped in the Eastern Time Zone), so I am supposed to get it today. I am home and they have not arrived yet but it's only 2:30 here.
 
Ordered 2 on the 7th and just got my shipping notification. Says they will be delivered Monday.

My Nexus just came, before I got the shipping info. I ordered mine on the 7th also.

Mine was delivered today, just now. Ordered on the 7th.

And just FYI for everyone. Might wanna keep an eye out for the package. Google never even sent me a shipping confirmation. And my Checkout/Wallet account didn't update either. :(
