I got it today in central Florida. A local friend with a 2013 n7 has yet to be so lucky.

Just saw my update is available. I already knew I didn't want it but it's hard to not go to the newest version available, we are nexus people after all. So I thought I would check back on this thread and now I'm sure I don't want it after I just read confirmations that flash doesn't work. I understand flash is supposed to go away but it still has a great presence on the internet and I'm not about to install something that could potentially cause my browsing experience on this tablet to downgrade. It's a device of convenience and I refuse to break that. Just my opinion. I know not everyone will agree.

Hey, I can confirm flash no longer works :-(...
I Received the update on my Nexus 4. (The awesome new features in kit kat makes up for broken flash though.)
I still have not received it on my N10. Should I get it before thanksgiving?
Still no kitkat for me in Michigan..I have a nexus 10.. Its getting very annoying
Further proof it isn't regional or location based. I'm in Michigan and my update came last week on either Thurs or Friday.
I wonder if activation date is a better reflecton to how Google rolls out the update

I have said for years it has nothing to do with location (other than country) and twice already in this thread!!!
Got the update this AM.
My sideloaded Flash still works with firefox and dolphin. I need it to read the LA times.
