Anybody know what the "out of warranty fee" for an AT&T Galaxy S4 would be?

I'm doing a warranty exchange on my Galaxy S4. I just got it at the end of May/early June. Samsung has a year warranty on their products for manufacturing defects.
But while on the phone with the AT&T CSR, she told me that if the manufacturer finds it was damage caused by me, they will void the free exchange and an "out of warranty fee" would be applied.
It's highly doubtful it would be found at fault of mine, but just in case, does anybody know what this fee would be?

I'm assuming it's the full price of the phone. What's wrong with your phone to cause you to send it in? As long as there is no physical damage or water damage you will be fine.
