Anybody notice this on there note 7? Is this a defective unit?

Right under the bezel where the screen curves seems to show light bleeding through and it seems like the phone display is not all of the way down. Maybe I'm crazy and this is normal. To test this out your display on a white screen and look at it from the side under the edge bezel...

I don't think it's a defect. I think it's probably meant to be like that. Mine is like that. I like that glow look. But let's see if other's have it.

I have it as well. This phone seems like its very well built so im not worried.

It's not a defect, it's light reflecting internally off the curved glass and onto the bezel where it meets the glass. There's no backlight because it's and AMOLED, so there's no backlight to leak. There are conspiracy theorists on Reddit acting like it's a massive defect being covered up but don't listen to them.

How bad? You can always just return or swap it out.
