Anybody tried Lux from the Play Store? Full Brightness control and better Auto

Has anybody tried that app? Apparently allows you to manually exceed the stock max brightness toggle. Also it has it's own auto-brightness mode. Given the inadequacy of Samsung's Auto-brightness at the moment, as well as lack of full brightness range, it seems like a worthwhile app...
