Anybody use road runner for their e-mail??

Long story short, I sent up my phone for e-mail for road runner, worked fine until today. They came and switched the wireless modem and then I had to re-enable my e-mail account thtough road runner ( god knows why) and now when I try to send something to my e-mail from my phone its says "e-mail not sent" I can receive them but can't send them??? I tried on/off... battery pull... removing account and adding it. Everything was fine until today when they swapped the modem/router. Uggg!!!!

Just remove the account and readd it. That will reauthenticate the account and it should start working again. Why it happened in the first place who knows. Some backend change that no one will ever fess up to.
