Did everyone whos status says "backordered" order from samsung?

No mine says back order. I ordered 46mm Silver non LTE

Edit: Checking in the Samsung App shows back ordered.

Order has now updated and is processing and no longer allows me to cancel the order.

Mine says backordered but I can’t cancel. I need to cancel it now since it didn’t arrive when promised and I’m leaving town tomorrow. I ordered one at Best Buy for pickup today since they had one. Wtf Samsung.

I can still cancel mine but is also still says backordered. My bestbuy says they wont be in stock until next wednesday. I am going on vacation next week so im frustrated as well. Come on samsung.

I ordered mine on the 10th at 12:30 PM CST. My order confirmation says ships by 8/24. If I go to the order on the web it says "Preorder' but if I look at it on the app it says "backorder". I still have the option to cancel and I am debating it since there is a Best Buy near me with some in stock. I am just surprised there is this much demand or Samsung was this unprepared.

Yeah, just tried to call them too. Samsung won't cancel it. I guess I will have to return it whenever I get it. Irritating. IT's backordered with that free band, and because the band itself is processing they can't cancel it. WTF ever samsung.

So are you saying if we didnt get the free band our watches would ship? In that case they should ship our watches and let us file for the promotion later on as if we purchased elsewhere.

You have a Best Buy near you with stock? All the ones in Arizona will let you order but indicate a delivery date of 9.1.

I ordered mine from Samsung. It still reads as back ordered and I can cancel it. Same status for the free band.

Nope. The band is what’s preventing me from canceling my order because it’s ready and the watch is backordered. Grr

Unrelated to shipping, just seen you guys in the US are just getting a leather strap. We have to wait till the 6th Sept but get a. Wireless duo charger.
Hope you guys get your orders soon, so i can decide if am going to cancel my order.

Mine is also on back order Ordered it on the 10th at about 8am cst. My Note 9 arrived the 22 tho. But the sim card they sent with it was no good so I had to stop by the store to get a new one.... On the 23rd!
