Hi,
I have a Samsung Infuse i997 4G phone. ATT told me I could not toggle 3g- 4g on and off with this model. However, after a casual internet search I found a code to enter on the keypad that will allow access to these network settings. it is: *#*#4636#*#*
Now I'm attempting to create a shortcut using the Anycut app, and can't seem to do it.
I tried creating a contact using the code and then used Anycut to create a shortcut to dialing the code. However, this does not work because you don't actually "DIAL" the code. You simply enter it on the keypad and when the last character (star) is entered, the phone immediately takes you to the network settings without ever actually hitting the send button.
So if there's anyone out the who knows how to create a shortcut to simply entering a code on the keypad using Anycut (or any other means for that matter!) I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks. Jeff
