Anyone else come from iphone?

I would not hesitate to recommend iPhone to certain people. My parents for example. I would never recommend an Android gadget to them. They are in their 70's and they find their way around iPad pretty good.

Continue losing business? More people are going from Android to iPhones than vice-versa. Plus. Apple's U.S. market share has been increasing for the past year, and Android's is falling.

I didn't write that. That was someone else I was quoting a few posts up.

I was an iPhone user since the beginning and recently switched to Note 3 from my iPhone 4S. Was tired of iOS in general and was not happy with google services integration on iOS. Love the big screen of Note 3 and Android. Still have 2 iPads and a Nexus 7 around the house. Will be staying with Android going forward.

I switched from the iPhone 5 to the Note 3. I grew tired of ios and it's same old stuff. Sadly I can see apple announcing a new larger iPhone with the same old style of rows of icons and not much else. After years of iPhone I don't see me switching back anytime soon.

I seriously disagree with your first statement.

Well in my experiences its been the total opposite. I used to know a lot of iPhone users but every year I see more and more users switch.

Came from 5 years of iPhone use I have tried before and was not pleased but decided to give it another shot. Still not pleased. Initially wowed but once the issues start popping up you miss the simplistic and stable operation of the iphone. Not to say iPhone users do not experience problems. In my case I experienced more issues with the Note 3 in the few weeks I have had it than I did in my 5 years of iPhone use. The Note 3 / android os does a lot of things but unfortunately that means more problems. If the reception and wifi issue on the Note 3 are addressed I will be happy but otherwise it's strike 3 for samsung.

Yeah some have experienced issues with wifi.. I haven't yet but I like tinkering and don't mind some issues that may crop up from that but I don't blame you for not wanting to deal with it. Some people just don't want to.. I have a few friends like that and also my parents.. So I recommend iPhones for them. Easy and simple without much hassle :).

US market share has been increasing for Apple slightly, but worldwide, Android has over 80% market share, where Android has been increasing and Apple has been decreasing.

Apple sales are not dropping their market share is (worldwide). That means the market is growing quicker than they are, and no inference as to who is switching can be made from those figures. The only figures we have on that subject are those from States which show that more people are going from Android to Apple.

Tapatalking on the N7....
