I don't care if it makes my phone thicker than the hump. Just the sight of that batteries mah gets me all woozy

I had an extended battery for most of my phones, from my v60 to my Storm. I noticed something, they only last as long as my phone does. I've ordered essentially an external battery with a USB port. A little more bulky, but still doesn't take up much room in my laptop bag, works with all of my phones (except for the 9505, but that's another story!), and stands a very good chance of working with my next phone. Only problem is that it's yet another device to charge - but I'll survive.

Nope. It's way too bulky, and I currently have a nice external, leather bound, wallet sized secondary USB battery (I think it's about 4300 mAh) that I keep in the car that I can wire to the DX in an emergency.

I'm also apprehensive about using 3rd party batteries based on BatteryBoss's findings BatteryBoss Calls Out False Capacity Claims!

I'll for sure buy an aftermarket battery that is the same size but higher capacity. I'll prob also buy and oversized battery at some point for travel (maybe the one linked) but that will come a bit later.
