Anyone else has been having date and time issues?

Before I get ask these questions yes i have it set up to use the location and network to set the time and date but for the past 5 days the system clock has been worng and the widget has been right. Which means all my alarms and app Notifications have been coming out an hour late or on time whenever it decides to sync right. Restarting and doesnt do anything either it just bounces back and forth from an hour ahead to the right time. So yesterday i was on time for work but left and hour early, today i got to work an hour early and left and hour late.
