Anyone else having problems with pre order screen?

I selected all my stuff and freebies but then when I get to select my freebies and then proceed to the next screen it just goes blank. I tried firefox andMS edge.

Yelp. I'm looking to buy the Samsung exclusive color in sky blue and it always goes to blank screen or just says cart empty. I'm like ok I'll try later lol.

Tried Crhome too and same thing! It wouldn't give me the 50 dollar credit option as well.
 
main screen on all browsers has now taken away the trade in selection option.
 
Same here. I'm just going to give it a rest and let Samsung sort it out.
 
Yes and moving on. May try later, may not. Not my computer, can't keep it tied up due to incompetence of Samsung.

Might just order when I get home from work at 10pm. Maybe then less people will be on. Odd it takes away the trade in options now

Yeah it is wierd. Hopefully it will be fixed soon before the sky blue s22 ultra on backorder lol

Correct. If you go to the main screen to start your order it doesn't give the options to do your trade in! on the samsung shop app it now gives the options, BUT it wont let you sign in the shop app, only as guest. When I try to sign in it doesn't do anything.
 
Trade in options and gift selections returned but when I go to checkout blank screen again!

Yeah but everyone keeps trying to avoid getting the dreaded on back ordered status. So we might be in a catch-22 here.

I was able to get to the checkout screen but when I applied my points it froze up and got that unable to process at this time message again.
 
Damn now the eCredit is only $200 what happened to the bonus $50 I had 2 hours ago but couldn't check out

Now it doesn't even let you sign in! When I sign in it reverts you back to the home screen and not signed in.
