Are you sure they have it enabled on your account? I have not been with AT&T in a long while and I know that back in the day, it was an account add-on feature (like every little thing they offer).

I checked to make sure they hadn't removed this feature. It's still part of my plan, but the phone just doesn't connect. I want to say it turned off on its own and won't turn back on. I'm also getting notifications to turn it on to receive calls and texts when no cell service available (something to that effect).
Also, Google Messages had worked fine on wifi but today I wasn't receiving any until I stepped outside and reestablish cell signal.
