anyone get the final release nougat 7.1.1 on the beta program?

I'm just curious if anyone got the final release beta yet? I'm on the beta program but haven't seen anything yet

I'm currently downloading 7.1.1. Are you referring to that or another release on top of the 7.1.1? I just happened to check my updates and it was waiting to be downloaded. I wasn't sure if you were speaking of an additional release for it?

I got it yesterday, actually pulled the first time I refreshed. To be honest, I was surprised, I waited for 7.0 RTM, and it took almost a week.

Battery life is a step better still on RTM (7.0 was horrible from 6.0, 7.11 Beta as better, but 7.11RTM is back to original), and I've had zero issues since updating.
My Bluetooth "ReadIttoMe" app still doesn't work quite right, but everything else I've used has been back to 6.0 standards, can't complain...

The security patch on my 7.1.1 states December 5th if that is what you were referring to within the 7.1.1 itself.

I'm sorry I meant to say the final build. The one that gets it out of beta.

I had this issue with my home network but only my home network. It was driving me crazy because all my other devices were working fine. I wound up doing a factory reset on my phone, which did NOT solve the problem. I reset my home router to factory defaults and re-configured it and now my phone connects fine again. I did switch my SSID (network name) and the password after the reset, but it's using the same security protocol and NAT IP range so I dunno what the issue was.

TL;DR version: resetting my phone didn't fix the problem, resetting my router did.

Haven't gotten it either. I'm on beta too. Based on other posts I've read, seems like if you're on beta it screws with you receiving final builds... I'm not rooted or nothing else. I just want the newest updates. Need my phone to work right. Kind of annoying

Ugh that sucks. I wonder if we unsubscribe from the beta, will be get pushed to the stable 7.1.1?

It appears that there needs to be a separate build released as an OTA that will update DP2. I would expect this in the near future.

So those on beta will receive another developer preview, then the final update? Is that what you mean?

My expectation is Google will release a different OTA that may have a slightly different build number for the DP2 folks to get them to the final 7.1.1 release. The current OTA "final" release of 7.1.1 will not flash overtop of the DP2 due to build number and compiling dates.

Maddog is correct. I thought the Nov. update was the last beta and the next update would be the official final build. The Nov. update was the final release of DP2. The next one for beta will be DP3 - then the official release. Since I am on Verizon & they do things "their" way, I probably won't get the final release until Feb. Don't really care; my phone runs perfectly.

I received the finalized 7.0 OTA on the same day it began rolling out, so I was hopeful I would have received the 7.1.1 update by now.

7.1.1 doesn't change much, but man do I want it already!

I really need the stable version. My 6P is crashing about 3 times a day.. the phone completely freezes up and become totally unresponsive.
