Anyone getting "Server unreachable" error when trying to make call?

On my Pixel 7 Pro running Android 15 and the November security patch, on T-Mobile, I've encountered a couple of instances where I couldn't make a call due to a "Server unreachable" error. The first time was when I was just up in Seattle (home of T-Mobile), and the second time was just now after I arrived home in California. Each time, a reboot fixed the issue. Mobile data and texting still worked fine. I'm wondering if this was a bug with the November update that causes issues when traveling to a new region and connecting to the network there, or perhaps it has to do with turning Airplane Mode on and off?

Anyone else see this recently?

server unreachable message is because your phone is not connected to a network. A phone that has a low signal or no signal at all can happen when your network provider has an outage in your area. try again.

I realize that. But it had plenty of signal for mobile data, and a simple reboot caused it to reconnect for voice calls quickly.

I'm just wondering if this is a bug from the latest update that might cause issues with voice calls upon moving to a new region of the cell network, or perhaps after coming out of Airplane Mode.

Yeah I saw that, but I heard it was primarily in the Salt Lake City area. I didn't experience a prolonged outage -- it was fixed with a simple reboot.
Yeah Utah took the brunt of it but it was mentioned other areas just not as severe, the article mentioned Verizon like said by ras47

it may be an issue with the server itself. Sometimes they go down for maintenance.. try to shut phone off for 10 minutes then open it again, also check this method it might help you, Go to Settings then Wireless & Networks then Cellular Networks and turn off the “Advanced Calling” feature*.

Thanks, but since both times it immediately resolved upon rebooting the phone, I would guess it wasn't a server-side issue. It's like the phone temporarily forgot how to connect properly to the telecommunications server and had to reboot to get it right ...
