Anyone going to upgrade from the S20 Ultra to the Note Ultra?

Fold 2 for sure. Note 20 is a downgrade from Ultra and the Note 20 is a lateral move from the 20 Ultra. I'd wait for the Note 21. Hopefully have the bigger battery and an improved screen.

I have no idea what you're trying to say with those downgrade comparisons. If your are saying the Note Ultra is a downgrade from the S20 Ultra that's just not true.

The N20U is a lateral move from the S20U. Same size screen, same amount of ram, smaller battery, camera specs downgraded (capped at 50x zoom and telephoto lens downgraded from 48mp to 12mp AND selfie downgraded from 48mp to 10mp) but has the spen. So pretty lateral.

Edit: I know MP count isn't everything and I do like the look of the camera module, but still some curious choices for me. If I didn't have the S20U I would get the N20U, but I can't justify it already owning the S20U.

It's actually less RAM on the Note 20 Ultra if you were to get the 512GB model as oppose to the S20 Ultra 512GB.

The answer to this lies in the battery. The note ultra is an incremental upgrade to the s20 ultra and i think we can all agree the gap between the S and the Note is as narrow as its ever been. If the note ultra can deliver 120 with improved battery life then thats a nice upgrade. Otherwise its practically the same phone. I do prefer the form factor over the S20 Ultra.

Those are welcome numbers IMO. I thought the s20U was a little on the heavy side.

Actually the battery size went down on the note ultra from the s20U. I agree with you though, I've been saying for a couple years or more, the main difference between the 2 galaxies is the S pen. What one gets, the other gets it also

Was going to swap my s20 ultra for note ultra but all the reviews say it still cant use 120hz refresh at top resolution. Its still capped at 1080p. So for me its not that much of an upgrade.

I'm still on the fence cause there's very little between them, I'd like to see how the extra battery lasts in the Ultra compared to the Note before I decided, as battery is my biggest need in a phone.

Well, I'm in guys. The ATT deal is ridiculously good so I couldn't pass it up. 300 bucks for the phone payable 10 bucks a month for 30 months. And I'm getting cold feet on the price of fold 2.
