Anyone had luck getting AT&T to drop the exchange restock fee?

They charged me it when i switched from the Optimus g pro even though the reason i switched was because their built with a garbage speaker phone where none can hear me. They tried pushing another one on me and then told me i had 14 days from the original purchase to switch even with the replacement which would leave me 2 days total. I made a scene flipping out that it's bull**** but no dice

Call 611.

Ask for Customer Retention.
Tell them you are pissed you were charged a restocking fee over a product that you had problems with.
They can't waive the restocking fee, but they can give you a bill credit for it.

forth one ???? why so many what issues did the 3 previous one have?

First phone wore around the edges on the aluminum from black to silver, I made a thread with the pictures/details. Second had an issue I haven't seen or heard of.. The microphone could hardly pick up any sound, every call I had required me to yell into the mic which still was hard to hear for all my calls. The third had issues with the camera focusing and overexposing shots. After going through those three and to my fourth, its kind of interesting to see the difference in build on each one I received. The black aluminum on two of them were very smooth and well finished (original and current). The two that were bad apples looked as though they weren't polished or clean, but somewhat of dried out look if that makes any sense.
