anyone have audio problems on their DINC? Right and Left on earphone

Hi, for a couple months now i've noticed that sometime when i listen to any audio on my headphones the right earbud is a lot lower in volume then the left. it would go and come. For past the past 3 weeks it hasnt leveled out, the left is always louder and the right is getting worse, i thought it was my old earbuds, but i've tried different earbuds and same issue. Is this a hardware problem or software? I know i can take in my phone to get replaced, but I'm debating if I want to do that and get an SLCD screen as my replacement. I listen to a lot of audio and it's slowly been annoying me more and more, specially since its getting worse. Just wondering if anyone has this issue and if theres a way to fix it, if not so I can go get it replaced. Thanks

This whole time I've been using my iPod earbuds by the way. After looking into it more today, I noticed my iPod has the same issue. So now Im wondering if these earbuds screwed something up on my two devices. I'm going to have to try other headphones tonight after restarting both devices to see whats going on, I have warranty on both my iPod and my Dinc still.

In case anyone is thinking it could be my ears, lol, it's not, thats the first thing i checked by switching the earbuds to opposite ears. I freaked out the first time it happened and thought it was my ears going bad. No!!! Im only 29!!!!! but i love listening to loud music!!!!
