Anyone have the 512 unlocked on Sprint

I spent 2 hours at Best Buy trying to get my 512 unlocked on Sprint. Apparently there is an issue with the Sprint network not recognizing that phone. Has anyone got it to work

If your trying to unlock your phone you need to contact sprint and request a unlock takes about 24 hours faster if your lucky ,

I bought the Note 9 unlocked, since Sprint doesn't offer the 512. But apparently their system doesn't even recognize that the 512 exists (or is a phone) so it can not be activated.... At least that's my best explanation of what the Best Buy people were telling me that Sprint was telling them.... I spent 2 hours trying to get it set up, but for now it's still in the box and I on my S7 that has been on its last leg for several months....

My brother ordered the 128 and has the same issue.

That's literally sh!t. I'd leave a company over that if I just dropped $1250 on a phone for it to not even work. #byefelicia
