Anyone having issues with thier phone as yet

had my mytouch4g slide since it came out an im starting to see that certain sound (mostly from the text messages ) on my phone stop working as well as the weather widget sound it makes i try resetting it but the same thing nothing changes, did one else encounter this or have a solution to this any help will b thankful
