Anyone having problems with dialling numbers missing?

Hello everyone,

I have noticed a strange bug on my Nexus 5 and I wonder if I am the only one or someone else is having the same problem.

1. When I am going to make a new call I open up the "dialing app" (Blue phone logo).
2. I want to insert the number myself so I press the "number icon" in the middle below.
3. Here is my problem, the dialing numbers dont show! Only the "call symbol" below.
4. But if i go back and then press the "number icon" again the dialing numbers show.

Is someone having the same problems as me? Is anyone have a fix for this problem?

Yes. Mine does the exact same thing and always has. Not sure what causes it but it is annoying.

Do you have any Developer Options turned on? I seem to remember that one of those options might cause a glitch that requires a double tap of the keypad button to bring up the keypad, but I might be imagining it.

happening to me too,this is maddening,coming from a note 2 where the dialer was very nice

just did a google search and you are correct,just turned off animator duration scale and all is good now
