With Tmo, I'm jumping to the G6 because I'll be paying $20 instead of $30 per month. I'll miss the quad dac, 2nd screen but I'll enjoy the smaller footprint and the savings too.

I haven't liked a phone this much since the Nokia 1520 running Windows Phone 8.1. I got the phone on AT&T's next plan with a 1 year trade in option. Which I may use for the V30.

If Samsung got rid of the curved screen and took the 2nd screen concept I could possibly consider. They also cripple a couple features to their smartwatches if not paired to a Samsung phone, which is getting a bit apple like. That just irks me a little to the Samsung brand.

I was looking at the trade in offer from Verizon and I'm thinking about it. I'm paying 30 a month for the v20 but could trade it in and pay less a month for one of the others which should hold more resale value for when the V30 comes.

Not worth it to upgrade. S8 Plus is $850 or more. Phone experience won't change much, maybe more annoyed with the shape of it than anything else.
