I don't see them, but I didn't use them before either. Is it just me or in developer preview 5 in the camera settings are we missing manual exposure settings?
You're right, everything is a bit more polished now though.I feel like everything is more polished. Everything seems a little quicker and more smooth. It was very smooth on 4, but it just seems a little more so now. I could be wrong. Like I said it has been great for me since preview 4. Even 3 was good.

Oh really? I hadn't thought of that actually. Technically speaking I figured we'd need manual exposure for assisting HDR auto mode in dim lit situations and nighttime. You're still seeing pictures come out nicely though with the newly updated camera app from Google? Also when you're taking a shot do you Tap the circular focus finder or do you just take the picture? Do you use the flash at all?Yes, it looks like they did away with manual exposure, but I'm noticing that HDR is much quicker and it seems like exposures are spot on. There doesn't seem to be a need for manual any more. Am I wrong? What an improvement! Android just keeps getting better and better.

I agree. I noticed that last night when taking a few pictures. HDR is definitely faster.
