Anyone pair up their Z3c to a moto 360?

Trying to pair up my Moto 360 to my Z3c and it does not want to connect. Keeps popping up the "throw" app opening and I can't get the watch to connect. Anyone using their Z3c with a moto 360?

Is the first pairing you have tried with the watch? I know when I switched from my HTC One M7 to my new LG G3, I had to factory reset the watch to get it to pair properly.
