Anyone please help I am not a tech person and need brains

I have no home WiFi only a data plan on my phone. Is there anyway to connect my phone to a TV so I can watch Netflix or YouTube with friends and fam?

Yes, many phones you can get an HDMI cable. Google to see if your phone supports it. You can run a Chromecast off of phones Wi-Fi tethering if your plan supports that, though it's often at a lower cap. I'm sure there are other options but it's late and I can't think.

Oh mirror cast is another option if your TV and phone supports it.
