Anyone recieve their online preorder through Best Buy yet?

Hi, I was just curious as to whether anyone that elected to have the HTC One delivered to them received it yet? Mine still says "Order Status:: 1 item(s) ordered. We'll ship it when it arrives."

I too am still waiting on my order. I am not happy at all, as of Saturday I could have picked up a phone at a local store. I order the phone and a digital camera together to get the 18 month zero APR financing. As such I couldn't just cancel the order and pick one up locally or it would screw up the financing. I have talked to 2 different customer service reps and have been told both times that my estimated date of delivery is 4/19-4/24. However I have not received any shipping info yet.

Yeah, they told me April 23rd, but I'm not holding my breath since it has yet to be shipped. I wish I would have ordered it somewhere else, the wait is killing me!

I chatted with them yesterday and someone told me it's packaged and ready to ship tomorrow which is today. I contacted another person through BB chat and she said she doesn't have any information. I'm getting pretty frustrated with them right now.

Yeah, I'm on a family plan and the plan owner doesn't live near me to go to the store with me. Best Buy recommended purchasing it online, i guess i could have purchased it online somewhere else...

They are ridiculously terrible. I'll post if/when i see it is finally shipped. Very skeptical of the promised 4/23 at this point.

Yeah the only time I would ever preorder online from a 3rd party would be an unbelievable deal, my carrier sold out their preorders or something my carrier wasn't offering. Other than that I leave them alone. Good luck though.

I pre-ordered online with overnight shipping and flipped out last week when my phone didn't ship. Thank God I cancelled and picked up at the store on Friday... The CSRs were completely clueless and not very helpful. BTW - they will cancel a pre-order up until they process a shipping label.

Finally got an answer to my delay. The Black HTC One is not available yet. Cancelled my order and went out and bought the Silver.

No one has the black. That's the problem with best buy. They let customers preorder stuff that's not available. They did the same thing with the iPhone back when it took apple a long time to get out the white.

"We're sorry, but the fulfillment of your recent pre-order is taking longer than expected. We expect it to arrive between May 6 and May 15. To keep you informed of its delivery, we'll send tracking information once the item has shipped. "

I canceled it and will be making a trip to pick one up from Sam's Club this weekend hopefully.

Just curious, when did you place the actual Pre-order? I placed my on 4/5 in the AM. The first day that pre-orders were open.

When did you place your order? I finally talked to someone today at BB that seemed to know a bit more and said that they were getting new shipments in shortly and that they would be fulfilling all pre-orders in the order that they were placed. I guess I am just trying to figure out how much longer I may have to wait. In any case I will not pre-order from BB again either.

To update my situation, I got an email saying that it was delayed and that my new expected arrival date was May 8th - May 16th. I was not very happy at all. I called Best Buy again and was able to get the order changed for pick up at a local store (The only store in the Denver area that had any Sprint Ones available was 30 minutes away). I went during lunch yesterday and picked up my new phone. Now I just have to wait and see how badly making this change has screwed up the 18 month financing I had selected on the original order.
