Anyone still not get the update

Still can't get it in TN... Tried the multiple tricks.. Still shows checking then disappears... Also noticed my status is blank but am pretty sure it always has been.. Does anyone have a screenshot of the software info screen after the update? Or what the versions should. Be after?

I got the last update after about 5 days so I guess its the same with this one

Just got off the phone with VZW. Rep had me do a battery pull. I restarted and everything worked fine. Got the update on the first try and it installed perfectly.

Did you do any battery pulls prior to that? I have done several and still nothing.

Just got off the phone with VZW. Rep had me do a battery pull. I restarted and everything worked fine. Got the update on the first try and it installed perfectly.

I just tried this again, but still no update. Did the rep do something on their end that might have initiated you getting the update?

I get an error saying erver unavailable evertime I try and download the update.

I just got off the phone with a VZW tech guy and he says it's being rolled out in stages. However, he also is under the impression that the update just got released this morning, so I'm not sure how reliable his info is.....

He also said I should give it a few days and to just keep checking for if.

I've had my TB since late April. Never got any updates. Everytime I check, the window just disappears. Never saw a message that no update was available. I'd like to get it soon, I'll be traveling and need reliable GPS. Im in IN.

Just spoke to VZ tech support. She said the update was Gingerbread, so she probably doesn't know much, but she said HTC just said they increase bandwidth and everyone should have the update in the next 24 hours.

I really hope that's true. Gettin sick of the disappearing checking for update window. A update would be nice

I finally got mine around noon CST today. I had to do the "switch to 1X" trick. So I switched to 1X and on the first try it starts downloading......2 hrs later when it was finally done and asked if i wanted to install it, I ACCIDENTALLY PUSHED "REJECT"..... I was so pissed at myself. So anyhow, I figure I would try again....nothing "Server Unavailable. So then I turned 4G LTE back on and checked and presto I was able to d/l it and have it installed in less than 15 min.

I'm still uneasy about this or any updates. I have really had no problems at all with my device and it seems that when people install updates - that's when the problems begin.

Hate to do this two times but I will, had no luck in Erie and Da Burg today when I tried to update, I am about half way between the two so I am wondering if there is anyone else who has this problem in this area? Also I still have my mobile hotspot so I am wondering if there is a real need for updating LOL

U go download the LTE switch from the market and then force your phone into 1x and then try to pull the update.

Are not "tricks" to help me. In the past two days, I tried many times. Suck, I saw a living in the same city, I say, they succeeded in getting updates on various topics of its small number of people,WOW Gear so I can not imagine this is a location thing ... ...

If he did, he didn't relay it to me. He just had me go into Wireless and Networks and make sure I had Mobile Network connected, which for some reason was showing not connected eventhough I had been on it all day. That's when I did the battery pull, restarted phone and everything went smooth. So far, no issues since updating.
