Anyone tried a 64GB microsd in their Hisense Sero 7 Pro?

Hmm. which number are you looking for? The white sticker on the back of my Sero 7 Pro says 20130502 so I'm guessing the 502 tablet made this year in this model.

It also says model M470BSA

That's the date it was made on, look on the box it came in, which of the following do you have: 3FC07T1303020 or 3FC07T1312030 ?

OK the goodies off the box: 3FC07T1305030

Thanks for the info...stilling trying to decipher what it really means. However after searching around and trying different things I can get the sandisk 64gb microsd to work flawlessly on the Sero and PC. The "trick" to this is to simply re-format the microsd card using your PC to FAT32 using what ever your favorite PC utilities are. The 64GB card comes pre-formatted as ext-fat and that is were all the fuss comes into play, Sero doesn't like it. I've re-formatted 2 Sandisk 64GB microsd cards using my PC to FAT32 and they read & write just fine on the PC & 3 different Sero 7 Pro's.

Good to know. I pulled the trigger on another 32gb card for my sero. Should be enough for what I need.

can the formating be done in Sero 7 or do you need PC to do it? The problem i'm having is that not all videos are playing when stored in the sd card. I even downloaded on to the download folder which played fine and when I moved to the sd card it wouldn't play. For some reason only few movies were playing which I couldn't understand. I didn't format the card. I bought off of ebay and I don't think it has a brand. I'm thinking maybe card isn't good.

I had to format the 64GB Sandisk on the PC first as FAT32, this is the utility I used on my PC ( Ridgecrop Consultants Ltd ) not sure about the card you bought off of ebay I never trust them to be genuine, but the 64GB Sandisk I purchased from Amazon and sold Amazon is the real deal. You even have to be careful today when buying from Amazon too, look to see if it's Sold by Amazon, as Amazon fulfills products from private vendors/parties and they simply send out whatever that vendor sent them, so those at times are not real either...I always look for Sold by Amazon, not just filled by them.

Hope that helps.

Hi, I am new to the Android Tablet world. I got the Hisense Sero 7, and have a 32 GB card, but can't get anything to save to it. I need help.

Probably need to re-format the card. Where did you get the card? Ebay has a LOT of fake ones that people are getting cheap but then find they don't work.

I know alot of people split into 2 partitions 32g + 32g so both pop up, you may have to do it on a pc fat32

also dont think you can copy apps to it just media

Hi There.....all cheap branded sd cards are fake on E-bay and amazon, you wont get 64gb or a class 10.....Beware for cheap....buy from local retail....they are the real thing
