Anyone using Android Pay on their 6p?

I saw this but my Android Pay app doesn't show anything. Does yours show something that indicates this promo is active for you?
when you open android pay app you will see a prompt with the promotion details and will automatically add the promo card to your android pay app. if you dont see it you dont have the promotion.

I am on my 4th pay so far. 6 more to go to get my free chromecast

I want to use it. But the card I had grandfathered in from Google Wallet went from Mastercard to Visa, therefore the number changed and the new card isn't usable with Android Pay yet. If it was, I'd be using Android Pay all the time.

There is a free Chromecast promo going now. Been using mine so I get a free one.

It seems not everyone is showing they'll the Chromecast on the 10th tap. See this post with discussion on that. http://forums.androidcentral.com/moto-x-pure-edition/633263-considering-android-pay.html

On that note, mine DOES say I'll get the Chromecast credit after #10. I'll get #4 today (second free song) and now that my local grocery store takes it (activated mobile payments before the chipped cards, go figure) I shouldn't have any issue hitting 10 taps.

You should see the green promo card when you open the Pay app, if you tap that it will show your progress and what your rewards will be.

It's not like I'm going out of my way to spend money to get the Chromecast, it's money I'd be spending anyway just maybe using a different credit card than I might have otherwise used as only one of mine is natively supported. It's unfortunate that I got a Chromecast with the $20 BB gift card I got from the last promotion, guess I'll get the Chromecast audio with this one.

Only thing is you need to be invited to do this. It is a random invite and you have to have the reward card in your Android Pay for the purchases to count. I asked Android Pay Support about it so that is how I know.

Used it once to try it out. That's all. Faster to just pull out my wallet and that's accepted almost everywhere meanwhile mobile payments are accepted about 25% of the time.

But that's why Samsung Pay eliminates that problem. It's accepted almost anywhere and regardless of which merchant POS they have, it works.

I've used it a couple of times.... but I personally have found it just as quick if not quicker to just whip out my wallet and credit card vs using tap to pay... Pulling out my wallet and swipe to pay is just normal... Using my phone to tap to pay isn't....

Got the $20 BestBuy gift card and now am working on the chromecast promo (6 so far). I only wish that more of the stores I frequent had the tap-to-pay readers. It is faster and cooler to just touch the phone to the reader than swiping CC.

I used Android Pay at Footlocker while buying new running shoes, and I received an email with a $10 gift card that I was able to apply to my Android Pay account.

Nope. Chase has yet to support it. I heard 2016 they would but nothing so far.

It works with Chase cards, just no reward points. But if I'm just using it at Walgreens or McDonalds, I don't really care.

I tried adding my Chase card and it wouldn't let me, not supported. Chase is only supporting Android Pay on cards that were registered in Google Wallet and were grandfathered in/transferred to Android Pay from there. If you have a Chase card and the number changes or it changes in some way, it won't let you add it back.

Tried it at Trader Joe's and it worked fine. One and only time I have.
