Anyone utilize their design refresh recently? New, beat up or heavily returned?

Wondering this also. My DT2 is in perfect shape, and never had any glitches, so I'm very hesitant to beg trouble. Was thinking of waiting towards the end of the payment plan, refreshing then, and look to sell an essentially new device.

Verizon is sending out older used phones, I bought mine in May of this year with a manufacturer date of April 2016, the mic must have been going out because people kept telling me my calls were breaking up really bad, they sent me a Turbo 2 with a manufacturer date of Dec 2015, with scratches on the screen. If this wasn't my work issued phone I would be more upset. 2 other people at work got older used replacement phones also. Also, this phone is on the older version of Marshmallow, 6.0 instead of 6.0.1, can't get it to update, always says "software up to date" and the Verizon update assistant says no update available, your phone is on the latest version.

Pac757, was yours a warranty replacement or a design refresh? Design refresh doesn't seem like something a work issued phone would have simply because I don't see companies letting employees have that much freedom with their phones.

My plan was that exactly, the selling of relatively new refresh. I like the phone very much and dont want to risk it either, getting a newish battery would be nice though.
