Anyone's phone sending double, triple and quadruple texts?

Both mine and my mom's D2's have been sending multiple texts. We have both been using Chomp, so I installed Handcent and its doing it as well. I don't know if its the phone or Verizon itself. I told her to start using the stock texting app.

I think I had issues like that when I used chomp a few years back. I use message + and have no issues.

I've been using Chomp for a long time and it just recently started happening. And it happened with Handcent as well. Its all random though.

I'll give it a try. My brain just has trouble believing that any software that Verizon puts on the phone (given all the bloat) can possibly be decent.

I love message + I was like you when I first used it but its a good program runs smooth has good features and can be used on tablets with no cell service.
