Had this happen with something my wife ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond. Hoping your experience turns out better than ours did because it was not that great. FedEx was no help but fortunately BB&B did us right and shipped a new one after more than week of getting no where with FedEx. New package came without issue (we did eventually get the original shipment a few weeks later with a very significantly damaged box ... So FedEx was legit in saying that the barcode was unreadable. They just took a VERY long time to get things straightened out).Since Thursday my shipment from FedEx for the Pixel Buds reflects "Shipment exception. Barcode label unreadable and replaced."
No update since then. I called FedEx Friday and they say they haven't received the package. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I contact Google customer service?
FedEx in general is a complete nightmare with deliveries around my area (so much so it made the local news) ... So I am extremely worried about getting my Pixel Pro in a timely manner. Thinking about having it redirected to a local store for pick-up instead, but not sure if that'd help as the apparent issue stems from one of FedEx's distribution hubs.
