AOD updated to N7 style!

No update for always on display in have version 1.1.06

I have been using the s7 edge for quite some time but I haven't still gotten the new update for always on display. I have looked in the galaxy apps and the from the settings of AOD. But still I haven't gotten an update.

Checked and update 1.4.02 is here. Exactly like the N7! Sweet!

Background images, colors, clocks... and 3rd party apps? I'm going to miss my N7 a little bit less.

Oh goodie! I thought we weren't going to get it till later on so this will be a treat when I get the S7 Edge.

Samsung did say that they're focusing on pushing sales of the S7 and S7 Edge now that the Note is off their roster. So yeah, I'd expect faster updates for these models before the S8 comes out. I just hope Nougat is coming soon. THAT would give them an even better edge.

Just tried Pandora, doesn't allow me to change songs or pause. So no 3rd party support yet. But at least we're getting somewhere.

Or they could be rolling features out incrementally for better stability. At least if something goes wrong in the update, it's easier ti figure out.

Lol from the UK how we speak from my are lol and they still should of brought third party apps to that's what I miss about my note aod and that u can double tap on the icon hope they bring that to this but I don't think they will now

Update for Always on Display

There was an update for the Always on Display this morning. It has some nice new features like being able to display a picture.

There are subtle changes I guess. I hope that they do add notifications for 3rd party apps and agenda calendar view from the note7. One thing I really miss about that phone.
