Hah.... I was waiting for the punch line since you said 'AOL' and 'problem' together, yet I thought they were one in the same. ;-)

I wont know the answer either way, but do you mean e-mail syncing or something to do with AOL Messenger contact list, or something else? Just asking so that others may have a better idea of what it is you're asking. Give as much detail as possible.

I have AOL as one of my accounts and it doesn't fetch the mail our sync the folders in the mailbox either.

Did you manually configure the POP and SMTP servers or did you type your address@aol.com and your password and let it try to auto-configure for you?

Also, here's something i found by doing a google search. I didn't follow it as I don't have AOL, but I bet its pretty close.

Have you powered your phone off and back on again? Shouldn't 'have' to do that, but worth a shot. Maybe something is hung up in the background.

lo and behold! Power off worked. But that begs the question - when is it going to happen again? Thanks for all of you're help!
