AC Question

I have done a total wipe, but when I reboot it still goes back to blue screen that says APEX
DIGITAL

idk what else to do in order to work again. Model is AP-7S118

I think you had an earlier thread???

Sounds like you need to reflash the firmware.

Can you connect to it via ADB?

The firmware reflash is like an external factory reset. It makes the memory just as it was when released from the factory.

Try getting into the Recovery by holding down Volume Up + Power buttons... There should be reset options in there.

I'm starting a search for firmware reflash to see if the manufacturer has a remote reset program you can run from a computer.
 
I hit the power and upvolume buttons at the same time. It gives a menu, selected delete all user data (you have to go up or down in the list). Then there was a confirmatuon prompt (are u really sure?). selected yes. Then it had another menu with " reboot something or the other". I selected it, it rebooted and then it had all the factory applications again.
