App Available to send, receive SMS/phone calls on PC via Note 3?

Hi everyone.

Is there an app available that will allow me to send/receive text messages and make/accept phone calls on my PC? I'd like it to bring in all my existing text messages and contacts from my Note 3 and do all this through my phone via my PC. I have a Lenovo Yoga Pro 2, which came with an app preloaded that does all this but it constantly crashes and has horrible reviews online. I deleted it and am now looking for something that actually works.

Any help is much appreciated!

I use Mighty Text for SMS between my phone and PC works very very well. You also get your notifications as well now.
