Question App counter is showing wrong number in galaxy s24 ultra.

I have a galaxy s24 ultra and the counter for my email app is reading wrong. It always shows around 20 to 40 more emails than I have? What can be wrong?

I just force stopped the app and cleared the Cache. I'll report back.

Neh, It didn't work. I just got an email and it says 49 emails. I don't understand what can be doing this.

Like Gmail /Outlook it repopulates everything another email I'm not sure

If you're using the Gmail app, tap the menu button at the upper left, then scroll down and choose All Mail. See if you have any unread email there. The main unread email that might be found there would be ones you might have Archived without opening.
