App for measuring room dimensions?

I need to do some work on my house and need to know accurate room dimensions. Rather than getting out my tape measure I wondered if there was a good, accurate android app for this task?

I know there is a series of apps called Smart Tools in Play. Paid apps, and rated well. I don't know how accurate they are.
