"App not found" after SD Card app move.

I moved some of my apps into the SD card. After reboot, the apps inside the app drawer had a grayed out SD card icon. If it's accessed inside a folder inside the app drawer, it says "App not found". But if access outside the folder or search on top via keyword, it opens. Anyway to have the icons back and be able to access inside the folders? Thanks in advance.
